Terms and Conditions
The business relation between Best Service GmbH (operator of www.soundsondemand.com) and their customers is based on the following terms and conditions (TACs). Differing terms by the customer are not accepted by Best Service except they are agreed in black and white by Best Service.
- Best Service does not offer products to customers under age
- The customers can balance their account by Credit Card or by PayPal
- The right of rescission is not valid on software downloads
- If there is any substantial defect on the product Best Service has the possibility of supplementary performance, exchange or money-back.
- Advanced claims of the purchaser beside the products are ruled out, especially Best Service is not liable for lost win or any consequential loss.
- It is the full responsibility of the buyer to select the right format of the data
- German law is applied in any case, UN right is precluded
