No, you have to own the „virtual instrument“ of the corresponding Modular-Library before buying an “Add-On”.
2. Can I buy an „Add-On“ for Ethno World 4 if I have bought the “virtual instrument” of Chris Hein E-Bass before?
No, „Add-Ons“ can only be combined within the same Modular-Library.
2. Can I order the download packs on CD or DVD as well?
At SoundsOnDemand you can only buy download products for immediate use, but a lot of them is also available on CD/DVD at www.bestservice.de
Section B – Download Problems
1. During the download process I receive an error messags or the download stops after a certain time. What can I do?
Please check if any anti-virus software is active that maybe encounters difficulties with large download files. Quit this software if necessary.Â
2. My download manager cannot access the download links anymore. What can I do?
Using a download manager at SOD is not possible at the moment due to technical reasons. We are working on a solution for the future. Please send an email to support@soundsondemand.com describing your problem and including your order number. We will unlock your files again for manual download. Don´t worry, you will get every file you have paid for!
3. After a certain period I can not access my download links anymore even I did not use a download manager. What could bet he reason?
If you are using a W-LAN connection for downloading it could happen that data packages are accessed repeatedly. This will lead to a multi request on the server. Please try to set up a cable connection.
4. My download counts are used up. How can I get access to my files again?
Please send an email to support@soundsondemand.com describing your problem and including your order number. We will unlock your files again for manual download. Don´t worry, you will get every file you have paid for!

Section C – Payments
1. Are their more possible ways of payment beside CreditCard and PayPal?
No, sorry. But depending on your country PayPal offers more ways of payment than we can offer. Please notice: PayPal is absolutely free of charge for buyers!
2. I am best Service customer. Can I use my customer account for SOD as well?
No, you can not mix payments, bookings, credit notes etc. between Best Service and SoundsOnDemand. Even it´s the same company there are completely separated shop systems.
